How do I care for my DanielMark Jewelry?

To preserve your DanielMark, we recommend removing all jewelry before bathing or entering pools, hot tubs, hot springs, and the ocean
To prevent buildup, avoid applying serums, moisturizers, sunscreen, makeup, and fragrances while wearing your jewelry
A soft, dry, and lint-free microfiber cloth will wipe away fingerprints and bring out the luster or shine of your piece. This regular maintenance should be performed gently after each use
As the saying goes, “your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off”
Store your jewelry in a dry environment (in a sealed velvet-lined jewelry box, for instance) to avoid air and moisture

How do I care for my DanielMark Tennis Collection?

Along with the regular maintenance advice above, it is perfectly safe to wash your DanielMark Tennis Collection once a month or once every few months
First, secure your drain with a stopper
Fill a small bowl with warm soapy water by adding 2-3 drops of mild, phosphate-free, and dye-free liquid dish soap, such as (Dawn Free & Clear or standard Dawn Original)
Soak briefly for 5 minutes to loosen dirt and oils
Scrub gently with your fingertips or a soft baby toothbrush, if needed
Then, rinse your jewelry under a gentle stream of warm running water
Pat and wipe the metal and stones completely dry with a soft microfiber cloth
Continue to air dry your jewelry for 24-hours before jewelry box storage to avoid moisture
After that, put away your drain stopper
Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, steam, or harsh chemical dips

How do I care for my DanielMark Pearl and Gemstone Beaded Collection?

Along with the regular maintenance advice above, remove your pearl and gemstone jewelry during activities of exercising or house cleaning
Wipe the strand gently with a soft, clean, microfiber cloth after taking it off
Store your DanielMark pearl and gemstone pieces laying flat in a soft pouch within your sealed velvet-lined jewelry box
Keep apart from other hard jewelry items that might scratch soft stones like pearls, opal, or turquoise
Never hang these pieces because hanging stretches out the thread
Keep pearls and gemstones away from plastic bags, sunlight, or extreme heat which can dehydrate and crack the pearl surface or fade and damage delicate organic gems

Along with the regular maintenance advice above, remove your gemstone with sterling silver jewelry during activities of exercising or house cleaning
To remove surface dirt, use a soft, barely damp cloth to gently wipe the stone
Wipe the silver and gemstone completely dry right away with an ultra-soft microfiber cloth
To manage silver tarnish, use a specialized silver polishing cloth such as (Connoisseurs UltraSoft Silver Jewelry Polishing Cloth) to rub the silver parts for restored shine
Buff away the loose black residue with a separate ultra-soft microfiber cloth
Place your gemstone with sterling silver jewelry in separated anti-tarnish bags before storing it in your sealed velvet-lined jewelry box to prevent scratches and to block the air
Never use ultrasonic cleaners, steam, or harsh chemical dips

Is there packaging included with my order?

DanielMark pieces are carefully packaged in a velvet jewelry pouch and placed in a white cotton-lined jewelry box that’s perfect for gifting. Each box is placed in a large, unmarked, weatherproof bubble envelope for secure and discrete shipping through UPS or FedEx. A complimentary jewelry polishing cloth is included

Does your pricing fluctuate?

Due to material market fluctuations of platinum, 18K gold, rhodium, sterling silver, pearls, and gemstones, we reserve the right to increase prices at any time without notice. International specialty items will also increase in price based on the current tariff regulations without notice

How can I return an item?

Products are accepted for a full refund to the original payment method within 30-days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with proof of purchase
