In what types of establishments is DanielMark Jewelry sold?

Our jewelry is currently sold in museum gift shops, women’s fashion boutiques, and luxury salon & spas. Please find our retail client list below

How many items are in the DanielMark Jewelry collection?

Typically, 250+ pieces are in our collection at any given time. Each of our retail boutique clients stock their own individualized DanielMark curation from our vast ever-evolving collection

What types of materials are featured in your jewelry?

Daniel hand-selects only the highest quality natural gemstones, cultured pearls, and artisan glass from ‘Grade A’ domestic and international specialists

What types of metals are used?

Our high-quality metal is 14-24K yellow or white gold-filled and finished in rhodium

What is gold-filled metal?

Gold-filled metal is a beautiful, more affordable alternative to solid gold. It is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto the base metal with heat and pressure that contains 100+ times more gold than gold-plated. It is extremely durable, won’t chip or flake, tarnish-resistant, and a great alternative to expensive solid gold jewelry. It’s meant to last a lifetime

Is your gold-filled metal hypoallergenic?

All of our gold-filled metal is hypoallergenic and is lead free, cadmium free, and nickel free

Is your gold-filled jewelry waterproof?

You are fine to shower in our gold-filled jewelry or get it wet. We do recommend that you do remove it in salt water or chlorine. Wearing it while using basic lotions is fine, but remove it when putting on anything strong such as retinol, peels, glycolic acid, etc

How do I contact Daniel for an in-person or virtual presentation?

May I receive an in-person or virtual tour of Daniel’s design studio and materials library?

Yes, we’d be delighted to host you on a tour! Daniel’s always working on new designs. Several of our current museum store management clients have visited Daniel’s South Florida home / design studio and materials library in-person. We’d be happy to share our museum store references and coordinate a tour

Does DanielMark Jewelry sell direct to consumers anywhere online, through any social media, or directly in-person?

No, we do not. We only sell through our client retail partners via wholesale or consignment

Is your business licensed and insured?

Yes, DanielMark Jewelry is fully licensed and insured. Please contact Daniel with any further questions

I’m interested in hosting a DanielMark Jewelry Trunk Show at my boutique. What are my next steps?

Do you have any minimum ordering requirements?

We are willing to work with the size parameters of our client’s countertops and vitrines. However, we prefer an initial order that features a DanielMark ‘capsule collection’ for your customers to get a diverse introduction to our line

May I wholesale purchase multiple quantities of the same style?

Yes! Generally, we keep multiple quantities of the same style in-stock, or, Daniel can make specific piece(s) within a few days. However, please note that some styles and materials may be one-of-a-kind. Please coordinate with Daniel for further details

May I hand-select specific pieces, and work on consignment with DanielMark Jewelry?

Yes, absolutely! We understand that you know your customers the best. Therefore, we’re happy to support you in your specific selections. Please contact Daniel for further information and next steps

When may I select and receive the jewelry for my boutique?

Our clients select the jewelry at a private presentation appointment with Daniel as well as during the beginning hours of our Trunk Shows. It can be directly handed off in-person or, wrapped and shipped per your instructions. A properly documented and itemized bill of lading / invoice PDF will be e-mailed

After I receive your jewelry, how is the vitrine or countertop display handled?

We recommend that our clients use their own jewelry busts, t-stands, and jewelry specific displays that coordinate with the vibe of your boutique. We trust our clients to properly display our jewelry with care and prominence

How often are new styles of DanielMark Jewelry introduced?

Every season, new styles of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, anklets, and other specialty jewelry items are introduced. Daniel works continuously on developing fresh and unique concepts, materials, and designs. However, we strive to keep our best selling and customer favorites in-stock for our retail partners throughout the year

My boutique is not located in South Florida. Do you work with boutiques in other cities?

DanielMark Jewelry would be delighted to work with boutiques located anywhere in the USA. We strongly recommend one or more introductory video conference calls, prior to an in-person jewelry presentation from Daniel. For restocking purposes, please refer to the shipping and handling information below

How does shipping and handling work?

Once the itemized order is confirmed, we will carefully pack and ship your order from Fort Lauderdale, Florida via UPS Air Mail with an e-mailed tracking number

What is your return and exchange policy?

Our goal will always be 100% client satisfaction. We will work with you to return or exchange any necessary items in an efficient and timely manner

How do repairs work?

DanielMark Jewelry provides a lifetime warranty on the entire collection. If a repair is required, please contact Daniel as soon as possible to coordinate the repair and delivery details. We value our loyal repeat customers

Who designs DanielMark Jewelry and where is it made?
