Who designs DanielMark Jewelry and where is it made?
The DanielMark Collection
Half of the DanielMark collection is personally designed and handcrafted by Daniel. This unique creative process unfolds in real time between guest consultations during our weekly trunk shows at The Ritz-Carlton Resorts throughout Florida.
The remaining half of our designer collection is meticulously curated and sourced by Daniel from world-leading jewelry specialists. This ever-evolving selection ensures our sophisticated and discerning clientele always has access to a diverse, high-caliber collection.

For lasting brilliance and durability, each piece in the collection is finished in protective rhodium and engraved with an authentic .925 sterling silver hallmark.

How do I care & store my DanielMark Jewelry?
Daily Wear
To prevent buildup and dullness, avoid applying serums, moisturizers, sunscreen, makeup, or fragrances while wearing your jewelry. As the saying goes: “Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.”Cleaning
Gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry, lint-free microfiber cloth after each use. This simple routine easily removes fingerprints and restores the natural luster and shine.Storage
Store your jewelry in a dry, airtight environment—such as a sealed, velvet-lined jewelry box—to protect it from ambient moisture and air exposure.
How do I care for my DanielMark Tennis Collection?
Deep Cleaning Guide (Tennis Collection Only)
In addition to regular maintenance, it is perfectly safe to wash your DanielMark Tennis Collection every one to three months. Follow these steps for a safe deep clean:
Secure the Drain: Place a stopper over your sink drain to prevent accidental loss.
Prepare the Solution: Fill a small bowl with warm water and add 2–3 drops of a mild, phosphate-free, and dye-free dish soap (such as Dawn Free & Clear or Dawn Original).
Soak: Submerge your jewelry for 5 minutes to loosen oils and dirt.
Brush Gently: If needed, gently clear away residue using your fingertips or a soft baby toothbrush.
Rinse: Hold the piece under a gentle stream of warm running water.
Dry Thoroughly: Pat the metal and stones completely dry with a soft microfiber cloth, then let the piece air-dry for 24 hours before storing to prevent trapping moisture.
Important: Never use ultrasonic cleaners, steam, or harsh chemical jewelry dips, as these can permanently damage your piece.
How do I care for my DanielMark Pearl and Gemstone Beaded Collection?
In addition to regular maintenance, pearls and gemstones require specialized care to protect their delicate, organic surfaces.
Wear with Care: Always remove your pearl and gemstone jewelry before exercising or housekeeping to protect them from sweat and harsh chemicals.
Wipe After Use: Gently wipe the strand with a soft, clean microfiber cloth immediately after taking it off to remove body oils.
Store Flat: Always store these pieces laying flat in a soft pouch inside your jewelry box. Never hang them, as hanging permanently stretches out the threading.
Separate to Prevent Scratches: Keep these items separate from harder jewelry pieces to avoid scratching softer gems like pearls, opals, or turquoise.
Environmental Protection: Keep your jewelry away from plastic bags, direct sunlight, and extreme heat, which can dehydrate, crack, or fade the surface.
Avoid Water & Chemicals: Never soak beaded or pearl strands in water. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, steam, or harsh chemical jewelry dips, as they will cause permanent damage.
How do I care for my DanielMark Gemstone with Sterling Silver Pendant and Ring Collection?
Sterling Silver & Gemstone Care Guide
In addition to regular maintenance, sterling silver pieces featuring gemstones require careful handling to prevent tarnish and protect the stones.
Wear with Care: Always remove your jewelry before exercising or housekeeping to protect it from sweat, impact, and harsh household chemicals.
Clean the Stone: Use a soft, barely damp cloth to gently wipe away surface dirt from the gemstone. Immediately dry both the silver and the stone completely with a clean microfiber cloth.
Remove Tarnish: Rub the silver elements with a specialized silver polishing cloth (such as a Connoisseurs UltraSoft Silver Polishing Cloth) to safely restore its shine.
Buff to Finish: Use a separate, dry microfiber cloth to buff away any loose black tarnish residue left behind by the silver polishing cloth.
Store Securely: Place your jewelry inside an individual anti-tarnish bag before placing it in your velvet-lined jewelry box. This seals out the air to prevent tarnish and keeps it from scratching against other pieces.
Avoid Chemicals: Never use ultrasonic cleaners, steam, or harsh chemical dips, as these can permanently damage or discolor both the silver and the gemstone.

Exchange only within 14-days if accompanied by the original receipt.

Exchanges (Within 14 Days)
To initiate an exchange, please send an inquiry through our ‘Contact DanielMark’ page within 14 days of purchase.
Once you receive an email confirmation from us, you may ship the item back. Items must be in pristine, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging. Final exchange approval is subject to physical inspection.
Defects (Within 14 Days)
If your item arrives broken or defective, please send an inquiry through our ‘Contact DanielMark’ page within 14 days of purchase.
Once approved via email, you must return the complete defective item to our PO Box for a replacement. Final approval for a replacement is subject to physical inspection.
Trunk Shows
Items purchased at a trunk show event cannot be accepted or processed by the hosting hotel or venue staff. All trunk show exchanges are managed exclusively through our remote email support.
Long-Term Maintenance
For items purchased more than 14 days ago, or for items without an original sales receipt, we kindly recommend visiting a local bench jeweler for convenient, expert care close to home.

The original sales receipt
A printed Product Exchange Form (with your verifiable return address clearly filled out)
Please note: For security and tracking purposes, packages shipped without a return address or the required receipt cannot be processed, accepted, or returned.

Due to the shifting market value of precious materials—including pure platinum, 18K gold, rhodium, sterling silver, lab-grown diamonds, exotic pearls, and natural gemstones—we reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time without prior notice. Additionally, prices for international specialty items may be adjusted without notice to reflect current tariff regulations and import duties.
